This notice explains how Somos Media Bt. handles the personal data you submit through the Vistobi demo request form on this page.

What we collect and why
When you submit the demo request form we store the name, work email address, website or company domain, role, number of managed websites and the optional message you provide. We use these details only to respond to your demo request and to confirm whether Vistobi fits your setup. No marketing subscription is added and we do not sell or rent your data.
Browsing this page may also place cookies on your device, but only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Cookies can record the start and end of your visit, your IP address, browser and operating system type, and the pages you view. These records are not linked to the details you submit in the form.
Legal basis and retention
We process your data on the basis of your voluntary consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the consent box in the form. Messages sent to us are deleted within 30 days of arrival, unless retaining them is necessary to protect or enforce a legitimate interest, in which case they are kept for 5 years.
Who can access your data
Only employees of Somos Media Bt. can access the personal data you submit. We do not pass it to third parties, apart from mandatory data transfers required by law, and we verify the legal basis of every such request before complying.
Your rights
You may request information about your data, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, request that processing be restricted, ask for your data in a machine-readable format, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. Deletion requests are completed within 5 working days.

Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11.; postal address 1363 Budapest, Pf.: 9.; phone +36 (1) 391-1400; email ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu. You may also bring the matter before a court, at the court of your place of residence or stay.
